CRG was founded in 1988 and originally constituted as a partnership. Now a limited company, CRG employs 13 full time research and consultancy staff, 20 specialist associates, and effective administrative support. The team comprises chartered occupational psychologists, economists, management consultants, organisational development specialists, statisticians, project managers, educationalists, and social and public policy experts.

Combining the skills, knowledge and experience from all these disciplines enables us to add considerable value when embarking on any research or consultancy assignment. All CRG staff are educated to post graduate level and combine these academic qualifications with extensive practical professional training.
